Dance Step

Dancing is existential, joyful and pleasurable – all of them perfect motivators. Training that gives you more than the physical component. Dance Step is a fast-paced dance class using a step board. Cardio and coordination training for those who love to dance and are experienced steppers. We jump, spin and dance on and around the board. A fun workout with the joy of movement in focus.
