Outdoor Running

Join us for an energizing group run with one of our running coaches!  The group will meet in reception and start with a light jog, followed by a functional warm-up, then running workout or tempo run.  All are welcome as the workouts are designed for both beginners and experienced runners!

Remember

  • Be dressed and ready to go by start time in reception. 
  • Dress in layers according to the weather! 
  • Please bring a reflexive vest or borrow one from reception.
  • Wear shoes with good grip if there has been ice or rain.
  • We do not recommend running with an injury or another form of pain.
