Runner's Strength

Keep your running form all year round with Indoor Running!  Our coaches will provide a runner's specific warm-up, workout, and finish with mobility.  Each session will focus on one of the following speed, strength, or technique to maximize off-season training!  Train with us for the Winter and see the results in the Spring!

Remember

  • Be dressed and ready to go by start time in Stora Salen. 
  • Please wear indoor shoes. 
  • We do not recommend running with an injury or another form of pain.
