For employees at Uppsala University. Autumn 2017.

No booking required, free of charge. On arrival, sign in at reception. Equipment is available in the gymnasium. All classes welcome both beginners and those with more experience. There are 13 sessions in total, with breaks for holidays and weekends. Information about breaks can be found on this website. In connection with the class, you have access to changing rooms with showers, sauna and lockers (please bring your own padlock).

Mobility Flow

Do you want to get a more effective mobility and better posture. Mobility is the foundation to all types of movement and a buildingblock to create an athletic ability, The instructor gives you different options so that you can adapt the movements according to your form, both regarding strenght and mobility. You need workout clothes.

By increasing and decreasing the bike’s resistance, the level can easily be adjusted to personal capacity and goals. Using the right technique, spinning is kind to joints and carries a low risk of injury.

Yoga is an ancient oriental form of exercise where breathing is combined with different body positions, called asanas. These body positions form sequences that focus on mobility, strength and mindfulness. Increases mobility, strength, body awareness and control.
Wear clothes that allow you to move freely. Exercis barefoot or with socks. Bring a warm sweater for the beginning and end of the session. The class is in both English and Swedish.
