“How we do anything, is how we do everything.” To me, yoga is about exploring. It’s a journey to explore your body as well as your mind. To explore different kinds of movement but also stillness, presence and relaxation and what happens when we try to switch off that monkey mind of ours. My classes are most of the times physical and sweaty, but as always in yoga it’s about YOU and YOUR BODY and doing what feels best for you, meaning you can always do something else than the asanas I’m proposing to you. And of course; we’ll always start and finish the classes in stillness, softness and relaxing.
