Freedom Hatha Yoga

A softer form of physical yoga. Different breathing techniques and asanas (movements) are combined in various sequences. The positions are held a little longer than in Vinyasa Flow. The class is taken barefoot and ends with relaxation.

Remember

Wear clothes that allow you to move freely. Exercise barefoot or with socks. Bring a warm sweater for he beginning and end of the session.
