Morning Flow Yoga

Yoga is an oriental form of exercise where breathing is combined with different body positions, so-called asanas. These body positions are put together in series as you train mobility, strength and conscious presence. Yoga helps you to well-being and harmony in both body and mind. You do not have to be mobile in your body to be able to participate in Yoga.

Remember

Wear clothes that allow you to move freely. Exercise barefoot or with socks. Bring a warm sweater for he beginning and end of the session.
