It is an innovative training concept for training in smaller groups, with a dedicated trainer and in groups of a maximum of eight participants.
The concept is based on giving an effective 30-minute session an intensive overall workout, which is difficult to get with other training forms, and is laid out in the form of four-week intervals. Each interval begins with more basic sessions focusing on proper technique and then progresses with increased intensity.

The session's programming is based on the four pillars of training – fitness, explosiveness, endurance and strength. The training is created around a structure that consists of four-week intervals with a great focus on the development of each form of training and exercise. By including moments and exercises from each of the four different pillars of training, MX4 provides the perfect overall workout - and with the increasing intensity before each round and session, you will be seriously challenged!
