Remember
- Be dressed and ready to run. Meet your instructor outdoors by the main entry.
- Dress in layers according to the weather!
- Please bring a reflexive vest or borrow one from reception.
- Wear shoes with good grip if there has been ice or rain.
- We do not recommend running with an injury or another form of pain.
