H.I.I.T and Box

BOX - Inspiration from boxing and martial arts with lots of power and energy. You get to learn real sparring combinations with inspiration from the real martial arts clubs, which are then mixed with simpler combinations and more pulse-raising exercises. Here you get to challenge the body with large, varied movements and at the same time learn to use the body in a new way. At the same time, you expend a lot of energy, become more skilled, stronger and gain greater self-confidence.

 


H.I.I.T - High Intensity Interval Training. Mixed strength, conditioning and full-body exercises are performed in timed intervals with a break in between. Equipment such as dumbbells, bars, slam balls, TRX, Kettlebells and plyo boxes are sometimes used. Expect to be completely exhausted after this tough drive-through.
