PILATES - stretch & Strength

Pilates training helps to improve our posture, build strength throughout the body and make us more body aware. Pilates strengthens your muscles in the core, i.e. stomach, back and seat – our deep, stabilizing muscles that hold the body up. This class is suitable for both beginners and experienced participants.
