If you want something you have never had, you must be willing to do something you
have never done before and get yourself out of your comfort zone.
Training has been part of my life for as long as I can remember, whether it was dancing,
swimming, doing gymnastics or lifting weights at the gym. In the last few years my passion
has grown exponentially for gym training in all of its forms, to keep your body healthy and
strong it’s just as important as keeping your motivation up!
It’s hard to miss me around here, even though my short size, you can find me at the gym,
training by myself or with clients, in Lilla Salen holding my classes or working at the
reception, you can say that I like to help people in all the possible ways! As a personal trainer
I commit 110% to you and your goals, helping and motivating you along the way and
teaching you what you probably need (and didn’t know you needed) to make your training as
efficient as possible just for you.
My recipe for training has body awareness as the main ingredient, followed by technique and
sprinkles of fun and motivation. The fun and motivation part made me try a lot of different
ways to train, from crossfit to calisthenics, to boxing, powerlifting and functional, which I
always try to use and mix in my workouts throughout the week.
