Gym Introduction

New to the gym or new to our equipment?
As a member, you can book a free gym introduction designed for beginners and for those who are new to using our machines. The introduction is calm and informative, helping you feel confident when training in the gym.

We review our strength training machines, how they work, and which settings to use. The focus is on correct setup, usage, and choosing the right machines — cardio equipment is not included in this introduction. You will also receive a simple starter program to help you begin training on your own.

Up to two people may attend the same introduction — feel free to book together with a friend.
