Spinning

Beginner or experienced? Spinning tends to suit everyone and is one of our most effective classes. By increasing and decreasing the bike’s resistance, the level can easily be adjusted to personal capacity and goals. Using the right technique, spinning is kind to joints and carries a low risk of injury. Classes last 30, 45, 55 or 75 minutes. Choose the one that suits you!
