A short and intense workout to strengthen your core and stabilising muscles.
Les Mills Core® is a heavier form of core training where you use tubes, weights and your bodyweight as resistance. It is a choreographed program from Les Mills aimed at improving your fitness level and body strength. Les Mills Core® is mainly focused on the muscles around the core and muscles connecting upper and lower body. You will challenge yourself both mentally and physically and also improve body control and balance at the same time. There are standing and floor exercises. You decide your level of intensity.
