Slow running

Join our lovely, easy runs where no one is left behind and joy, community and wellbeing are the focus.

On our Slow running sessions, we adjust the speed and run so slowly that everyone keeps up. You don't need to register in advance, so when and if you feel like a nice run in good company and social community, just put on your running shoes and some comfortable clothes and join in. We run a short run of about 5 km in the Stadsskogen.

  • Tuesdays at 5 p.m from 11th of Mars to 10th of June
  • Gathering outside the entrance to Campus1477 at Von Kramers Allé 5
  • Clothing for the weather and shoes for running

Become a student sports member and book the pass in Campus1477's training app "GoActive"

Members of Campus1477 have access to changing rooms.
