In collaboration with our partner Löplabbet, we offer all members, including Student Sports members, four running training sessions during March.

Mondays at 6.15 pm 

WHERE

Gathering outside the entrance of the Löplabbet store at Dragarbrunns Torg 4. You can leave cover clothes in the store

HOW

Running coaches from Löpplabbet teach you running technique and interval training.

THINK OF
Good shoes for jogging/running outdoors.
Clothes after weather. A jacket, gloves and something on the head is good in cold weather.
