Hike around Hjälstaviken - 30 May 2026

Join us on a hike around Hjälstaviken bird lake. The hike is 8 km long and follows a circular route. The hike takes place on varied terrain, including footbridges and pastureland. Bring your own packed lunch/snacks (1 longer lunch break). Optional, but we recommend bringing binoculars and a camera as there are many beautiful places to photograph birds.

Meeting point: Parnassen Hjälstaviken car park, 

Time: 10:30  - approx  14:00

Travel: You are responsible for and must pay for your own travel to the meeting point, which you must reach independently. Nearest bus stop: Svannäs, bus 804 + 803 from Uppsala, change in Skolsta.

Location: Hjälstaviken
