GlobalYoga Flow

GlobalYoga Flow is a physical, dynamic and modern form of yoga developed by swedish Johanna Hector. A form of yoga adapted to the person of the 21st century, in a world where we live a lot in our heads. The yoga class focuses on mobility, strength and recovery. A class usually starts with some breath work, an easy warmup, followed by variations of sun salutations and a series of postures including balances, twists, forward/backbends and inversions. Finishing with deep relaxation. Music is being played during the class. Open to all levels - there will always be offered modifications, so you can work at the level best suited to you.

Remember

Wear clothes that allow you to move freely.
Exercise barefoot or with socks. Bring a warm sweater for the beginning of the session.
