Hi all , I am Irene from Hong Kong. I have worked as a nurse for a decade and do different kinds of yoga to relieve stress from work. Moving to the UK, I discovered Pilates which I fell in love with. So I am educated as a Pilates Matwork and Reformer teacher and started teaching there. I believe the Pilates Method is more than the movement. I am approachable and supportive during sessions, placing emphasis on the 'why' behind each movement in order to gain body awareness that will carry on into all of your daily activities.
