A fun and dance inspired cardio workout with step combinations to music. An intermediate class with a focus on rhythm, body perception, coordination, cardiovascular fitness and mobility. Some previous dancing experience is beneficial. The choreography varies between different dance styles like latin, jazz, house, ragga, hip hop etc. Clothes and shoes should allow for freedom of movement.
