Hiking with mindfulness - 11 Oct 2026

Join us for a lovely, peaceful walk in the beautiful local countryside, incorporating mindfulness exercises to engage all the senses and build mental strength.

This is an activity part of Mental Health Week

A relaxed 5 km walk through nature, taking approximately one hour, combined with a few simple mindfulness exercises. This will include a short silent walk, sensory-based exercises such as the 5-4-3-2-1 grounding exercise, and some time to slow down and be present in the surroundings. No previous experience with mindfulness is needed. We will finish with a small Fika and the opportunity to chat and reflect together.
