Welcome to a unique experience where you combine body and soul in the forest. Forest yoga is a fantastic combination of the best of both worlds – nature and yoga. An opportunity to restore balance to both body and mind.
Time: 7 May, 18:00-19:00 pm
Location: By the barbecue area in northern Stadskogen in Kåbo
Equipment: Comfortable, flexible clothing suitable for the weather, yoga mat/sleeping mat or blanket, water bottle.
Level: All levels welcome, from beginners to experienced practitioners. You can adapt the yoga to your ability.
Instructor: Eva Gyldén, yoga instructor at Östgöta Nation
