Welcome to Romme Alpin on a ski trip!
On Sunday 21 February 2027 Campus1477 in collaboration with Student Health Service at Uppsala University and Upplands Academic Sports federation invites all students in Uppsala to a ski trip to Romme Alpin, Borlänge.
The package includes bus travel, ski pass distribution, and ski rental arrangements, if required. However, during the day and in the slopes, you will be skiing independently or with your friends. You are welcome to book ski lessons directly with Romme Alpin, but no ski guiding is included from Campus1477 during the day.
Romme has slopes suitable for all levels of skiers.
Trip
Departure 07:00 am from Campus1477, Von Kramers Allé 5
Departure 4:15 pm and home in Uppsala about 6:30 pm

You sign up and pay directly via the web by card or
Swish. Just use this link to start your registration

Max 150 seats = 3 buses!
Booking is open until 11 February or as long as there are places left.
If you want to go to Romme on your own: It's possible to book bustrip on your own with included skipass directly with Romme Alpin every weekend. The buses parts from Uppsala Central Station

Cancellation
Cancellation can be made by phone or e-mail to Romme Alpin. (see
website for contact information) No later than the day of the booking
closes, you can cancel. Refund of the entire amount paid
the amount is deducted for an administrative fee of SEK 100.
Notification of illness
In case of illness, contact the responsible manager, not Romme Alpin.
Reimbursement takes place after the responsible leader sends a
common list for sick participants. Alternatively, a certificate from a doctor.
The amount paid is refunded with a deduction for one
administrative fee of SEK 100. If the ski trip’s total minimum
number of participants is not reached, the refunded amount may
be lower.
